For local businesses

Be the one they find.

Every happy customer who leaves without a review is one more reason the next person walks into the shop next door. Findable turns a few taps into a real Google review, posted by your customer before they walk out.

Their answers

An example on a phone. Each real review is written fresh from that customer’s own answers.

The problem

Good businesses have fewer reviews than they deserve

Not because customers are unhappy. Because leaving a review is a small chore, and the people most motivated to do it are the ones you would rather had told you privately.

  1. The ask is awkward

Asking someone to their face to review you is uncomfortable for both of you, so most of the time it quietly does not happen.

  2. The blank box wins

A happy customer opens Google, finds an empty text field, cannot think how to start, and decides they will do it later.

  3. Unhappy people are motivated

Someone who had a bad time never needs reminding. That asymmetry is why a good business can end up with a rating that does not match it.

Everything they would say is already in their head. The empty box is where it stops.

How it works

Four taps, one review, posted by the person who meant it

The whole thing takes about as long as reading this sentence twice.

  1. Step 1

    They scan

A QR code on the table, the counter, the front desk or the receipt opens your page. No app, no account, no download.

  2. Step 2

    They answer

Your questions — a star rating, a couple of taps, and a sentence only if they feel like writing one.

Choose a rating and what stood out

  3. Step 3

    It gets written up

AI turns their answers into a short, natural draft in their own voice, built from what they said and nothing else.

Using only what you told us.

Such a nice little spot. The coffee was really good and the staff were so friendly.

    Rewritten from your answers above

  4. Step 4

    They post it

They read it, change anything they want to change, and open Google to publish it themselves.

The honest part

The review is assembled from the answers, and from nothing else

If a customer did not mention the food, the review does not mention the food. No borrowed phrases from other reviews, no filled-in details, no opinions they did not express. Then they get the last word — the text is theirs to change before any of it goes anywhere.

That restraint is the point. A review with a detail the customer never gave is not a better review, it is a false one — and it reads like one to everybody who sees it.

The review

Hover or tab to a sentence

Such a lovely little place. Came here with family on a Sunday and it was a really warm visit. The masala chai was really good, and the person at the counter was very polite.

The samosas were amazing too.

Never written. They didn’t mention the food, so the review doesn’t either.

What they answered

What it never does

  • No posting on a customer’s behalf.
  • No collecting anyone’s Google login.
  • No automated submission, scraping or bots.
  • No details the customer did not give.

The final step opens Google for the customer. Pressing publish is their tap, on their account, every single time. — Findable

Questions

The things people ask first

Usually some version of “is this allowed?”, which is a fair question and deserves a straight answer.

  • Are these fake reviews?
No. Every review comes from the answers a real customer gave about a real visit, and they post it themselves, from their own Google account. Nothing is posted for them, and nothing is added that they did not say.
  • Is this allowed by Google? Will reviews get removed?
Findable never posts for anyone, never pays for reviews and never invents details. Each review is a genuine customer’s own, posted by them — which is exactly what Google’s rules ask for.
  • Does my customer need an app or a login?
No. They scan, tap and post from the browser already on their phone. It takes under 30 seconds, with nothing to install.
  • Does it work in English and Hinglish?
Yes. Your customers’ page can be in English or Hinglish, and their reviews come out in the same language.
  • What if a customer had a bad experience?
A customer who gives 1–3 stars is asked what went wrong, in a few taps. Their answers become a short message to you, which they can edit before sending, with an optional phone number if they would like a call back. Sending it to you is the main action on the screen, so you hear about it first and can put it right.
  • What does it cost?
One simple monthly plan per shop, with unlimited reviews, paid by UPI AutoPay or card. Cancel anytime. See pricing.
  • What do I need to start?
Just your shop’s Google listing. Setup takes a few minutes — or we’ll do it with you — and you get a print-ready QR card for your counter or tables.
