    Shipping / Delivery Policy

    What are the delivery charges?

    Delivery charge varies with each Seller/ Store and also with distance and urgency of the order.

    Sellers/ Stores incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off by some Sellers/Stores, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value.

    For example, Seller/ Store ABC Retail charges Rs 40 for delivery per item if the order value is less than Rs 500, while orders of Rs 500 or above are delivered free. Please check with individual Seller/ Store/ Stores to understand their delivery charges.

    Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

    It is possible that the Seller/ Store or our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers/Stores do not work on Sundays or some other days (e.g. many stores in Defence Colony Market is closed on Mondays), so this is factored in to the delivery dates.

    What is the estimated delivery time?

    Sellers/ Stores generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

    Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

    • The Seller/ Store offering the product

    • Product's availability with the Seller/ Store

    • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller/ Store.

    Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Sellers/ Stores on Findable?

    There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Findable. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

    Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Seller/ Store's shipping policy.

    Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each Seller/ Store?

    You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for Sellers/ Stores of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Sellers/ Stores, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.

    Please enter your default pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know more accurate delivery times on the product page itself.

    Seller/ Store does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

    Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.

    If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

    Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

    • Whether the Seller/ Store ships to your location

    • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location

    • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

    At times Sellers/Stores prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.

    Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

    Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery, and also the willingness of the Seller/ Store/ Store to accept CoD as a payment option.

    Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.

    I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

    Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

    Wherever possible our delivery partners will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through them, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the Seller/Store.

    What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?

    'In Stock'
    For items listed as "In Stock", Sellers/ Stores will mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually a few hours, 1 day, 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.

    The Seller/ Store/ Store might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.

    'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming'
    Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch and will reach you in 2 to 6 business days. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. (Eg. 5th May, August 3rd week)
    'Out of Stock'
    Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.

    Sometimes, items have to be sourced by Sellers/ Stores from outside India. These items are mentioned as 'Imported' on the product page and can take at least 10 days or more to be delivered to you.

    'Back In Stock Soon'
    The item is popular and is sold out. You can however 'book' an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the Seller/ Store.

    'Temporarily Unavailable'
    The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could be in stock soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase.

    'Permanently Discontinued'
    This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.

    'Out of Print'
    This product is not available because it is no longer being published and has been permanently discontinued.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    You can check the status of your order at any time at this link. This page also has a courier tracking number that can be used to track the status of the order at our courier partner's website. It may take up to 24 hours for the order status to be updated on our courier partner's website.

    Does Findable deliver internationally?

    As of now, Findable doesn't deliver items internationally.

    You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.

    How can I get my order delivered faster?

    We offer the Next Day Delivery option to ensure guaranteed and faster delivery of your order. If you place an order by choosing the Next Day Delivery option before 7 PM then we guarantee the delivery of your order by end of next business day.

    This service is offered for select cities and items. If the Next Day Delivery option is available for your order, you will see this option displayed when you select the delivery address for your order.

    What if my Next Day Delivery order is not delivered by the next business day?

    You will receive a full refund of Next Day Delivery charges to your Findable cashback account if we are not able to attempt a delivery to you by next business day.

    What is next business day?

    Business day is ‘working day’ of a week when we do deliveries. We deliver only on business days that include Monday through Saturday. We remain closed on Sunday and gazetted or statutory holidays. The holiday can vary from state to state. Any Next Day Delivery order placed on a Saturday or day before a holiday will be delivered on the next business day.



    You can cancel an order until it has been processed in the store by going to the 'My Findable' section of the website. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your account in the form of Cashback or back to the source that was originally used to make the transaction.

    Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

    Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team at +91-99201-83004.

    I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

    If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your Cashback account immediately after your order has been cancelled. Any coupons used are also reinstated it to your account. It can take up to 15 days for you to receive your refund.


    At this point, does not accept any returns of product sold and paid for. However,’s Exchange Policy offers you the option to exchange items purchased on within 30 days of the receipt. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in the stock of the Seller and the Policies of the Seller. An extra cost may be imposed in some cases.     Alternatively, you can contact the Seller directly. You can exchange an item purchased from for a new size by contacting the Seller directly. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.

    How do I place an exchange request on

    If you would like to exchange some products purchased from, please follow these steps:

    1. Create an exchange request online. You can exchange any product purchased from within 30 days of delivery by going to the My Findable section. Please select the item you wish to exchange. If your address is serviceable for exchange you will be able to proceed and generate an exchange id. Please note down your exchange id for future reference.

    2. Fill out a returns form for the original product that you are exchanging. You can use the returns form that was sent with the original order. If you don't have a returns form, please write the following information on a sheet of paper and use this sheet as the returns form.

        2. Exchange Order Id

    1. Place the product in a packet but do not seal it. In the packet, please include the product along with the tags that it came with and a completed returns form.

    2. Call us at 99201-83004 and we will send over our delivery partners to you. Hand over the original product to our delivery staff and receive the exchange item from him. Please ensure that you have the original item available with you at the same address which has been selected for delivery of the exchange item.

    At any time, you can track the status of your exchange requests by going to the My Findable section.

    Does pick up the product I want to exchange from my location?

    Currently we pickup returns only in select PIN Codes. If your delivery location is serviceable, you will be able to see and select the pickup option when you queue your return online.

    We will pick up the return within 72 hours of your placing the request. Please keep the return shipment ready. Extra charges may apply.
